DESCRIPTION
Registers tenue: Board of Directors and General meetings, grant notary formalities, registers of shareholding, contracts registers, company documents, shareholders register. This particular task will involve CFO supervision and LEGAL HQ and CEO
Contracts management: monthly supervision on terms, liaise with procurement and users on new contracts, expiration, amendments, grant signatures and advise DCS to protect the company (more obligations for a contractor, no binding clauses, penalties follow up, written notices to contractor)
Litigations follow up: liaise with lawyers providing arguments, supervise hearings agenda/planning, ask for feedback when lawyers don’t provide, check arguments and conclusions. This will always involve CFO, LEGAL HQ and CEO
Insurance: this should be clarified with Risk/Insurance HQ since the claim process for PDBI and Public liability just changed but auto fleet and marine cargo are “local”
Support to finance: provide contracts for payment process, yearly audits on accounts approval.
