Online Registration procedure for the Cameroon Police Competitive Entrance Examination 2021-2022 – Guide to the written tests

The conduct of the written examinations for the Police competitions will follow the chronogram below:

The Student Police Commissioners Competition will take place on 01/15/2022 at the unique centre of Yaoundé.

Candidates for General Police Commissioners will compose in:

– General culture

– Law

The student Police Commissioners specialists will compose in:

– General culture

– Specialty test

The student Special Police Commissioners will compose in:

– Law

– Report

The Student Police Officer competition will take place on 01/22/2022 at the Unique Center in Yaoundé.

Candidates for General Police Officers will compose in:

– General culture

– Law

Candidates for Student Police Officers will compose in:

– General culture

– Specialty test

The Student Special Police Officers candidates will compose in:

– Law

– Report

The Student Police Inspectors competition will take place on 02/12/2022 in the ten (10) Regions of Cameroon. Only candidates registered for the special competition will compose at the unique centre of Yaoundé.

Candidates for General Police Inspectors will compose in:

– French composition

– Education to citizenship

Candidate Police Inspectors Specialists will compose in:

– French composition

– Specialty test

Candidates for Special Police Inspectors will compose in:

– French composition

– Report

The student peacekeepers competition will take place: on 02/26/2022 in the ten (10) regions of Cameroon.

Generalist Peacekeepers Students will compose in:

– Writing

– Moral and Civic Education

The student Peace Guardians Specialists will compose in:

– Writing

– Specialty test

RECLAMATIONS

If you missed your file submission appointment, no need to come, just request a new appointment by sending your payment number to 8111.

Example: If your payment number is 1402897501, just send the code 1402897501 to 8111 and you will receive a new appointment at the chosen deposit centre.

You just need to send your payment number by SMS to 8111 and you will receive your competition information.

Assuming your payment number is 9600183601, you will receive the following response:

FULL NAME:  BESSALA Philippe
EXAMINATION:  ECPD
PAYMENT:  OK or NOT OK
DEPOSIT:  OK or NOT OK
DATE:  06/01/2021

In the event that you have forgotten your SN code, please send an SMS to 8111 with the code for one of the competitions requested with the number you used when registering.

For example: if you are registered for the Police Inspectors Student exams [13], just return the code 13 to 8111

If you want to change the contest, you must send the contest modification SMS to 8111.

The SMS format is as follows: SN code * Old competition * New competition

Example: Your SN Code is 96001836, you have chosen the Student Inspectors Police competition specializing in Nursing Assistants [14] and you would like to become General Inspectors [13]; your SMS will be the following: 96001836 * 14 * 13

NB: If your file has already been submitted, you can no longer modify the competition.

How to modify your contest in case of error?

To modify your information:

I connect again to the website at dgsn-cm.org
I enter my registration number in the field reserved for this use.
I then see the page containing my information.
I click on the “MODIFY [Name of the contest]” button and I modify my information.
I save my information.
And I print my card again.

NB: Information such as the competition, the telephone number can no longer be modified by the candidate. Once the candidate has submitted his physical file, he can no longer modify the information concerning the competition in question.

How to pay for the competition fees?

To pay my competition fees:

I note the payment number which is displayed on the screen after online registration.
I go to an Express Union agency with my payment number.
I pay Express Union the amount due for the deposit fee.
Or I pay online by EXPRESS UNION MOBILE MONEY, ORANGE MONEY, MTN MOBILE MONEY.

If I am a candidate for executives, Student Police Commissioners or Police Officers, I pay an amount of 21,000 FCFA

If I am a candidate for the Pupil Inspectors of Police or Pupil Guardians of the Peace, I pay an amount of 16,000 FCFA

I receive my payment receipt and make a copy that I keep safe.
Or I receive a unique transaction code by sms.

NB: The registration fee payment receipt or the unique transaction code is the only supporting documents for the competition fee payments. The candidate who subscribes to several contests must have as many payment receipts or unique transaction codes as the contests requested.

In case of rejection of the file? / What to do in case of rejection of the file?

If my file is rejected:

I first check all of my parts
I check if all my documents have been signed by the competent authorities.
After these checks, if the file is still rejected, I go to the “Shalom-3MG” technical secretariat where I ask my problem.

How to efficiently complete your online file?

To properly complete my online file:

I take note of the decree of the competition (s) that I request.
I can use my birth certificate and my National Identity Card (CNI) to provide my information.
I can also use the originals of my diplomas to make sure that the dates they were obtained are correct.
Finally, I let myself be guided by the application.
