Those who have studied Biology and have expert knowledge of it are known as Biologists. Biologists study humans, plants, animals, and the environments in which they live. They may conduct their studies–human medical research, plant research, animal research, environmental system research–at the cellular level or the ecosystem level or anywhere in between.
- Medical Science- It includes the study of several plants used in medicines.
- Botany- It includes the study of plants.
- Zoology- It includes the study of animals.
As a field of science, it helps us understand the living world and the ways its many species (including humans) function, evolve and interact. Advances in medicine, agriculture, biotechnology, and many other areas of biology have brought improvements in the quality of life.
