KCSE Exam Timetable From 2nd December Upto 23rd December 2023-2024

Check here the KCSE Exam Timetable From 2nd December Upto 23rd December 2023-2024. The form four exams will officially begin on 02.12.2022 and end on 23.12.2022.

Kenya’s education system offers a thorough method of testing students’ knowledge, attitude, and skill sets against predetermined benchmarks. With the current 8-4-4 system being phased out, students in elementary school are assessed when they reach the eighth grade, and those in secondary school are assessed when they reach the fourth form.

Each year, the Kenya National Examination Council administers the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). The KCPE examinations for the 2022 academic year will begin this month, and the KCSE examinations will begin the month after.

The grading system

Math, English, and Kiswahili are the only three subjects that must be evaluated by the examination body; the other four subjects must include two sciences, a technical subject, and a humanity topic; or two humanities subjects, if one humanities subject performs better than the technical subject. An A(plain) is worth 12 points, a D is worth 5 points, and an E is for 1 point on this grading scale.

The grading system

We anticipate the minimal entry grade to be the same in future elections as it has been for the past four years when students with C+ averages of more than 46 points have been admitted to institutions.
