In Zambia, Upon completion of primary school, you either get directly into a secondary school (Secondary schools offer education from grade 8-12). Secondary school certificates have the following categories.
- Grade 10 to 12.
- Fee-paying and final national exam at Grade 12.

Grade 12 Results 2022 Zambia Release Date:
- Examinations Council of Zambia generally published Grade 12 ECZ Results 2022 Zambia in the month of January 2023. ECZ will award certificates to candidates who pass the G12 Senior Secondary Examination conducted by the council.

Grade 12 Certificate Awards:
All the requirements for the School Certificate must be satisfied at one and the same examination. To qualify the candidate must;
- (a) Pass in at least SIX subjects (including the English language) with CREDIT in at least ONE of them.
- (b) Pass in at least FIVE subjects (including the English language) with CREDIT in at least TWO of them.

- Once the Honourable Minister of General Education announced at a media about the Grade 12 Results 2022 students will be able to check the results. Last year in 2016 grade 12 examination results were announced in January 2022.

Students can check for the 2022 grade 12 results using their Mobile Phone through the following procedure;
- 1. Open the message pad on your Mobile Phone
- 2. Type the Full Examination Number (Leave Space)
- 3. Type Examination Year (Leave Space)
- 4. Type Examination Grade and then
- 5. Send to 8383
