Today, Cabinet Secretary George Magoha commented about the state of University Education in the country. According to a post shared by Kenyans.co.ke on Facebook, he said that the amount payable by each student is low compared to the living standards of Kenyans nowadays.
“I do not believe that Kenyans are poor… The Ksh 16,000 university fee was created over 30 years ago, and please, let us be realistic. The value of Ksh 16,000 at the time is about Ksh 100,000 today”. He said.
