Job Offer: Cashier – Douala Grand Mall. New Cashier Job opportunity in Douala. Genesis Deluxe Cinema Limited, a company specializing in cinema and catering is looking for a Revenue Cashier for the launch of operations in Douala Grand Mall.
MAIN MISSION
He or she is in charge of processing cash transactions (collection and disbursement), their recording, and the classification of accounting documents.
POSITION ACTIVITIES
- Pass through the system on a daily basis all payments received from customers in the center, south, east and north pole,
- Produce monthly the statement of surpluses for the center, south, east and north,
- Validate on a daily basis all payment slips received from customers,
- Match the related payment slips to each invoice,
- Print the ERP receipts and attach and the relevant supporting documents for the constitution of the physical cash register,
- Ensure the archiving of all documentation / part,
- Prepare reports relating to the various validations of payment slips,
- Prepare reports on the state of receivables,
- Sending of the weekly and monthly report,
- Compliance with procedures and instructions,
- Take care of the work equipment provided.
